My nephew grabbed this moose the second I handed it to him, and he hasn’t let go since. It’s so lightweight he can wave it around without getting tired, which is perfect for a baby just figuring out grip strength. Even the ears are perfectly sized for little mouths to gnaw on.
My 6-month-old can finally grip something without it slipping away, and this moose is just the right size for her tiny fingers. It’s light enough to carry around the house, and it’s honestly the first toy she’s actually held onto for more than a minute.
The sanded finish is so smooth, I don't worry about splinters when my daughter chews on the antlers mid-grasp. It's light enough that she can wave it around without dropping it every two seconds, and the face is just cute enough to keep her entertained in the stroller.
